50 Random Facts About Me

A very different post today. Some of you maybe reading my blog and wonder (or not, that's okay too), who is this woman? Well, my friend, today is the day you get to know more about me.

1. I am a neat freak.
2. I have a ragdoll cat.
3. I like writing down my to-do lists.
4. I listen to all kinds of musical genres, from classical to metal. 
5. I love reading.
6. I play online rpg games with my husband.
7. I like to take nature walks.
8. I am a very soft-hearted person.
9. A pet peeve of mine is inefficiency.
10. My husband tells me I'm terrible with directions. (I disagree lol)
11. I spend more on skincare than on makeup.
12. I am more of a shoe and coat kind of girl meaning I prefer buying these over other wearables.
13. I didn't wear makeup until about a year ago. Late bloomer.
14. I started wearing makeup after purchasing my first ever BB cream in Tokyo.
15. I live in Toronto
16. I studied engineering in university.
17. My car clock is 15 mins early to avoid being late!
18. I started this blog as a creative outlet. 
19. If there's something messy around me, I can't deal! I absolutely get stressed and have to fix it.
20. I've been stuck in level 350 of the Candy Crush game for I believe 3 weeks now. Grrrr.
21. I don't really understand the deal with MAC eyeshadows. Why are they so popular?
22. I'm on week 5 of a 12 Week Fitness Program. Yay go me!
23. I watched the 2nd movie of the Hunger Games series, Catching Fire, and I was bawling in there. LOL!
24. I find writing 50 random facts about me incredibly challenging. 
25. My favourite color is blue.
26. I love watching Top Gear. James, Hammond, and Jeremy are a riot.
27. Although I am smack dab in the middle of my late twenties, I enjoy reading teen/young adult books. Is that weird?
28. I have this dream of being a cafe/bookstore owner. Maybe one day.
29. In a group setting, I'm more of a listener rather than the talker.
30. I watch more youtube videos than TV these days.
31. I am deathly afraid of heights.
32. Speaking of being afraid, I am also deathly afraid of spiders.
33. I am really attracted to owl designs. They are so very cute.
34. I get cold very easily. You will often see me in a sweater 99% of the time. 
35. I have long straight hair that refuses to hold a curl. 
36. My favourite food (perhaps of all time?) is tempura udon! Oh my so yummy.
37. It takes me about an hour to get ready to go out (from shower to makeup). That's pretty average though isn't it?
38. I only started driving a car last year.
39. I used to never understand cream products. Now I'm all about them - cream eyeshadows, and cream blushes.
40. I am not a very sporty person.
41. I've done some hot yoga in the past. I used to imagine I was in a tropical beach (while snow was pouring heavily outside) when I go on shavasana (the one where you lie down on your back at the beginning and end of the session) pose.
42. If my husband would let me, I would decorate the house in shades of white. Unfortunately, he won't let me.
43. I am terrible at remembering phone numbers.
44. I like to travel. I like to travel with my husband. He is so good with handling my travelling issues. lol
45. I moved to Canada when I turned 18.
46. I don't think I can every cut my hair short. Just the idea is stressful.
47. I can finish two or three books a day. Reading non-stop. Sadly I don't have the time to do that these days.
48. I am a very analytical person.
49. I am terrible at remembering to use my eye creams.
