One Week of Pampering : Treatment Thursday

How is everyone doing today? Are you feeling tired from work/school/life? Well not to worry, I am here to bring you another pampering post. Welcome to Treatment Thursday.

After yesterday's long post (read Hydrate Wednesday here. in case you missed it), today will be refreshingly short. Yah, i know its mind boggling since I usually yap on and on ;)

After my usual evening cleanse, I follow up with toner and essence, then instead of a face mask or sheet mask, I would use the Aesop Parsley Seed Anti-Oxidant Facial Treatment. The recommended frequency of use for this is 2 to 3 times a week, so in case you do want to use it more often, you can.

The treatment oil has nine high potency anti-oxidant ingredients:

Ingredients

Camellia Japonica Seed Oil, Oenothera Biennis (Evening Primrose) Oil, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond ) Oil, Rosa Canina Fruit Oil, Oryza Sativa (Rice) Bran Oil, Ribes Nigrum (Blackcurrant ) Seed Oil, Triticum Vulgare (Wheat ) Germ Oil, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Tocopherol, Daucus Carota Sativa (Carrot ) Seed Oil, Ormenis Multicaulis Oil, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Oil, Carum Petroselinum (Parsley) Seed Oil, Linalool, d-Limonene.

If your skin needs that extra boost, I recommend using some sort of concentrated treatment before your usual serum. If you want to start by testing the waters, you can also mix this in with your current moisturizer for less of a punch. Once you feel comfortable, go ahead and use it neat. I use up to 5 drops of this when I'm using it alone (after serum) or 3 drops when mixing it with my moisturizer.

And that's it! Nothing else to do but soothe my tired body with sleep =)

P.s. You can now buy Aesop instore at Holt Renfrew or online at Aesop.com.

xoxo
