Welcome to the last post in this mini-series! Wow that week just flew by, didn't it? Today will be a different post from the previous ones in the sense that it is not strictly beauty related.
Don't you think the weekends always seem so short and passes too quickly? Before you know it Monday rolls around and back to work/school we go. That's why I think its important to make the most out of the weekend. What better way to do that than to make sure you spend it with loved ones either relaxing at home or going out and about. =)
Some ideas would be going nature trekking (if you are somewhere warm and the climate is currently being nice to you...sadly not where I live). Why not get on a bike or take a nice hike in the park or your neighbourhood? Not only is it good to get a break from spending too much time indoors, its also great exercise --> healthy body --> better looking you! Win-win situation.
If that's not an option, there are other ways to have a fun Sunday. Go out and see a movie, or sit in a coffee shop to people-watch. Even better would be to go start Holiday shopping. You know its that time of the year! If you don't celebrate Christmas, that's okay too. Take advantage of all the holiday sales going around.
In case you need some gift ideas here are a few that I would think would make lovely presents!
- This monogrammed robe from Indigo will keep you warm and cozy for those extra cold mornings. On sale for C$39.50 when you buy online here.
- Dry hands will be kept at bay with this delectable set from L'occitane. I saw this online on Sephora here. But their stores are always so nice to browse in! The one at Yorkdale mall is very pretty and my favourite.
- I have been eye-ing this bag for a bit now. It seems like a great staple to have. The different compartments would keep it organized and the size looks to be perfect for everyday use. Check it out at the JustFab website here.
Let's keep it at three items for now. I don't want this to turn into a gift guide lol.
Anyway, I hope you enjoyed this series as much as I liked writing them!
xoxo
