A Happy Holiday Haul - 2013 Edition

Hi everyone! I hope you guys are enjoying the holidays and spending a lot of time with friends and family while eating tons of yummy holiday treats (*looks at self* yup I'm guilty on all counts!)

So I'm here today to talk about the things I bought/was given over the holidays. If you have yet to take advantage of the holiday sales, perhaps this post will give you some ideas. 


As a side note, all of the things below are more lifestyle than beauty. Let's branch out a little, shall we?!? So onwards we go...

My most exciting purchase, by far, is this vacuum from Dyson! I know right, who gets excited over vacuums? WELL ME! lol. Go ahead and think that I am weird but man, a good dyson is all you need during those days when your cat refuses to cooperate with you and drags around stuff i.e. fluff, litter, you name it.

Here is the beauty. I bought mine from my local Target. It was on sale from 199 to 149. 

  

My hubby bought this fitness related accesory for moi. I wanted one of these for a while and did a lot of research online for the Fitbit Aria and Fitbit Flex. I got this as my boxing day present. Its on sale until January 2 so if you want it then get it quick! I bought them online from futureshop.ca

I just set mine up and so far I really like it. Hopefully the Aria and fitbit flex helps me reach my fitness goals for this year.

The redecorating bug bit me this year. I needed a bit of a change with my home decor so along with buying a few things here and there I got these pretty pillows online from Indigo.ca. These were 75% off and the hearts set was even a BOGO for boxing day. Could. Not. Pass. Up.

 
Unfortunately I checked this and this and they were both on re-order. However there are other nice pillows on sale so might still be able to snap one up.

Finally, my most useful purchase of the sales this year. This T-fal set was a steal and such great quality! I have already started using the frying pans and I'm so glad we bought these. On sale until 9th of January from both Best Buy and Future Shop. I got mine online from this link.
